samoprocjenu Va\u0161ih vje\u0161tina i kompetencija u sektoru kulturnih i kreativnih industrija, kako biste postali svjesniji vlastitih kapaciteta i stoga bili kriti\u010dniji i kompetentniji u svojoj poslovnoj karijeri. <\/p>\n\n<p>Tako\u0111er \u0107e Vam pomo\u0107i da razvijete osnovno stanje uma za kriti\u010dku analizu i identifikaciju vlastitih snaga i slabosti, te stoga budete spremniji zapo\u010deti nove putove stvaranja i cjelo\u017eivotnog u\u010denja. <\/p>\n\n<p>Razvoj alata za samoprocjenu temeljio se na Okviru Poduzetni\u010dkih Kompetencija, tako\u0111er poznatom kao EntreComp. EntreComp je pokrenuo JRC u ime op\u0107e Uprave za zapo\u0161ljavanje, socijalna pitanja i inkluziju (DG EMPL) u sije\u010dnju 2015. Jedan od klju\u010dnih ciljeva EntreCompa je razviti zajedni\u010dki konceptualni pristup za podr\u0161ku razvoju poduzetni\u010dkih kompetencija na europskoj razini. Okvir tako\u0111er ima za cilj uspostavu mosta izme\u0111u svijeta obrazovanja i zapo\u0161ljivosti, te ga treba uzeti kao referencu de facto za svaku privatnu ili javnu inicijativu usmjerenu na poticanje poduzetni\u010dkog u\u010denja.<\/p>\n\n<p> Procijenjeno vrijeme potrebno za ispunjavanje Alata za samoprocjenu je oko 15 minuta. <\/p>\n\n<p>Sve informacije navedene u alatu bilje\u017ee se anonimno i koristit \u0107e ih isklju\u010divo radni tim projekta \u017dENA PODUZETNICA. Ne\u0107emo prodavati, trgovati ili prenositi osobne podatke pojedinca tre\u0107oj strani ili subjektu.
